Lifestyle Fitness Cheshunt turns one

We can’t believe it’s almost been a whole year since we opened our doors in Cheshunt. What better way to celebrate than with a three day fitness festival? We’re thrilled to announce our First Annual LSF WEEKENDER, a fitness event like no other…

Starting Friday May 12th, this one-of-a-kind festival celebrates LSF Cheshunts first anniversary with a jam-packed weekend of fitness, fun, food and celebration. From yoga classes and our “RIGGED” fitness competition, to our high-energy dance classes and weightlifting tutorials, there is something that will suit everyone, whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out. There’ll also be plenty of opportunities to chat, relax and grab some goodies, with snack breaks and social events also on the roster!

And the fun doesn't stop on Sunday, as we're thrilled to be showcasing our brand new SPEEDFLEX Machine on Monday 15th, with football legend and SPEEDFLEX ambassador Dion Dublin hosting the event! SPEEDFLEX is the latest in fitness technology and offers a unique workout that works on the concept of both push and pull in one movement, allowing you to activate all of your muscles.

Whether you're looking to kickstart your fitness journey or simply enjoy a fun weekend with like-minded individuals, the LSF WEEKENDER is the perfect event for you. So mark your calendars for this weekend and join us for fitness, fun, and celebration!
