Hi, my name is Massimo, I'm one of the Duty Managers at Lightwater Leisure Centre. I have over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Sport has always been a major part of my life at both an amateur and professional level. One of the highlights of my career was to work with the Strictly Come Dancing Champions , Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone and to have competed in the National Fitness Games with the Veterans team, Pure Vintage, at Surrey Sport Park Guildford. I look forward to meeting you all!

Hi, I am Sophie, I am a Sales & Fitness advisor at Lifestyle Fitness Lightwater. I am a qualified level 2 gym instructor and am close to finishing my Level 3 Personal Training qualification. With over 15 years of gym experience I decided I wanted to choose a career that I am passionate about. I have a desire to help and show people how positive it can be to look after your health and feel confident in your own body. 
Diet and nutrition have always been something I have researched into myself. So, as well as getting my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, I also decided to get qualified as a Level 4 Nutrition Adviser.

I believe food is so important, but I have found my own ways to make it taste amazing!

Aside from my own gym and fitness work, I also take part in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and I have some previous Striking/MMA experience. I am a high-level Skier and in my spare time I enjoy being outdoors on a dog walk, bike ride or enjoying a meal out.
