At Lifestyle Fitness, we offer tailored Junior Gym memberships for ages 11-15 that combine fun, expert guidance, and flexibility. Our Junior members have the option to train solo, with friends, or alongside family. 

 

Whether you’re here to lift, learn new skills, hop on the cardio machines, or just try something different, our Junior Membership is all about discovering what you enjoy. Working out isn’t just for adults. It is a chance for you to get active with friends, boost your energy, reduce stress, and feel more confident. 

 

Getting active now helps you build habits that stick for life. The more you explore fitness while you’re young, the easier it becomes to stay healthy and motivated as you become an adult. And the best part? You get to do it at a time and place designed for your age group, with coaches who are there to support you through every step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join online?

Yes, junior memberships can be purchased online or in club with a parent or guardian.

What equipment can I use?

After an induction has been completed, Junior members are able use all gym equipment, with the exception of free weights.

When can I use the gym?

Junior members can attend within the club’s Accompanied Access hours when supervised by an adult member (18+). Information on this is available on your club’s webpage. A maximum of 2 Junior members can attend per 1 adult member and must stay within visibility of the adult member. 

You can also attend on your own during your Club’s Supervised Gym Sessions, available on the Group Exercise Timetable.

What classes can I attend?

As well as Supervised Gym Sessions, you can also attend exercise classes marked as Junior on the club webpage, giving you access to classes such as HYROX Youngstars!  

Do I need parent/guardian permission to join?

Yes, your parent/guardian will be required to provide details and necessary consents during the joining process.

How do I book an induction?

A full induction is compulsory before use of any equipment and can be booked after joining with a member of our team. 

Who can join as a Junior member?

Anyone aged 11- 15 can join. Members will remain a Junior member once 16 until 31st August of that Academic Year, or can choose to upgrade sooner.
