I work with all groups and ages, catering to each individuals needs and goals. Alongside Personal Training I also undertook a sport & exercise degree to help further my understanding within the health and fitness profession. Looking after your body will help you gain self confidence and live a healthier and more active lifestyle. I specialise mainly in strength training, bodybuilding and fat loss.

I have an extensive background in both cheerleading and gymnastics, competing at a high standard. Providing me with years of experience in many areas of fitness, all of which I am now using to full effect when working with clients! I specialise in flexibility training and HIIT session.

Each client has a personal programme specified to them and their goals, but I also like basing it around the functions of the body - involving strength and conditioning alongside weight and cardio training. I make sure every workout is fun and enjoyable whilst also being challenging. Everyone deserves a healthy, but sustainable, lifestyle. Let me help you get there!

Hi there! I am a professional dance teacher in freestyle and Latin dancing. I have my first Dan black belt and an instructors licence in Karate. I enjoy health and fitness and have worked in sales, health and social care before coming to Lifestyle Fitness.
