I am a very approachable and friendly person. I practice a holistic approach to health and fitness to help build your confidence and improve your general wellbeing. I work with all groups and ages, catering to each individuals needs and goals. Alongside Personal Training I also undertook a sport & exercise degree to help further my understanding within the health and fitness profession. Looking after your body will help you gain self confidence and live a healthier and more active lifestyle. I specialise mainly in strength training, bodybuilding and fat loss.

I make sure every workout is fun and enjoyable whilst also being challenging. Everyone deserves a healthy, but sustainable, lifestyle. Let me help you get there!

Hi there! I am a professional dance teacher in freestyle and Latin dancing. I have my first Dan black belt and an instructors licence in Karate. I enjoy health and fitness and have worked in sales, health and social care before coming to Lifestyle Fitness.

Hi, I'm David! I am a self motivated individual and take great pride in my work and achieving my fitness goals. The gym has taught me that discipline increased my self-confidence and built character. Getting the body you want doesn't happen overnight and requires a large amount of effort and consistency overtime.

This is where I can help. With my experience and knowledge, I will guide and support you on your fitness journey in achieving the physique you desire. Combined with a nutrition plan, I will motivate you to put in the hard work to get the results you want!
