Who can join HYROX classes?

HYROX classes are open to everyone! Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness, these sessions are designed to suit all levels.

Do I need to be a Lifestyle Fitness member to join HYROX?

No, you don’t need to be a member. Non-members can purchase HYROX Sessions and join the HYROX workouts at participating clubs.

What Lifestyle Fitness gyms are running HYROX?

What options are available with the HYROX Sessions?

We offer flexible class pack options for everyone:

  • - Intro Pack: £15 for 3 classes (ideal for first-timers).
  • - Single Class: £12
  • - 5 Class Pack: £55
  • - 10 Class Pack: £99
  • - 15 Class Pack: £129
  • - 25 Class Pack: £199

Each pack comes with an expiry date, so make sure to use them within the stated period.

How do I book a HYROX class?

After purchasing your class pack, book your sessions online through your Lifestyle Fitness account.

What should I bring to a HYROX class?

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and plenty of energy! Comfortable workout gear is essential, and we recommend wearing shoes suitable for running and functional training.

What should I wear for HYROX classes?

For HYROX, wear lightweight, breathable workout clothes that allow full movement. Avoid baggy or restrictive clothing, as the workouts include a mix of running and functional exercises.

What are the best shoes for HYROX?

Choose cross-training shoes or running trainers that offer:

I am a professional dance teacher in freestyle and Latin dancing. I have my first Dan black belt and an instructors licence in Karate. I enjoy health and fitness and have worked in sales, health and social care before coming to Lifestyle Fitness.
