Spin / LSF Cycling
An effective indoor cycling workout that burns calories and conditions your body whilst working the heart and lungs.

Legs, Bums & Tums
All over body conditioning to help tone up those problem areas - will work the legs, bum and tum. Includes an aerobic warm up.
