Keep kids active and happy over school holidays with our fun-filled activity camps!

Our camps are split into two age groups, so every child enjoys activities suited to their age, ability, and confidence level.

Ages 5-7: Mini Movers

Our younger group focuses on fun, confidence-building, and active play, with both sports and swim activities. Movers will enjoy:
•    Games and physical activities
•    Basic sports movement and coordination skills
•    Supervised swimming sessions to build water confidence
•    A safe, supportive environment to make new friends

Ages 8-12: Active All Stars

Our older group is perfect for children ready for more variety, structure, and skill development, including daily swimming sessions. All Stars will take part in:
•    A wide range of sports and fitness activities
•    Team and skill building games
•    Swimming as a core part of the camp experience
•    Age-appropriate physical challenges

Plus: Bouncy Castle fun for all ages!

Our clear safeguarding standards ensure parents can feel confident their children are safe, active, and having fun over the holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do children need to bring to Lifestyle Fitness Activity Camps?

Children are required to bring swimwear, goggles and swim aids if required, a sun hat & sun cream for hot days and raincoat for wet days, along with a packed lunch, two snacks and a water bottle. Please note, we operate a no nuts policy.

Who will be looking after my child?

Lifestyle Fitness Activity Camps operate at a staffing ratio of 1:10 for Movers (5–7 years) and 1:12 for Activators (8–12 years). All staff have completed safeguarding training and safer recruitment checks, with Paediatric First Aid qualified team members on site.

Are Lifestyle Fitness Activity Camp sessions inclusive?

Yes, Lifestyle Fitness Activity Camps aim to be inclusive wherever possible. If a child has SEND needs, we will work with parents/guardians to understand their individual requirements and make reasonable adjustments where we are able, ensuring we can provide a safe and supportive environment.

The suitability of support may depend on the specific needs of the child and the resources available at the camp. Please refer to our Inclusion Policy for further information.

Will my child swim every day?

Yes. Children have the opportunity to swim each day as part of a structured swim session led by a swim instructor and camp leaders. A short swim assessment is completed to ensure appropriate support and swim aids are provided where required.

How do bookings and payments work?

Parents are required to book in advance to secure a place.

What if I have a safeguarding concern?

If parents have any safeguarding concerns, please contact the club Manager on manager.langport@lifestylefitness.co.uk and refer to our Safeguarding Policy for further information.
