Mind and Body

Find your balance with our mind and body classes. Whether you want to unwind, improve flexibility or build core strength, we offer a calming mix of yoga, Pilates, mobility, stretch and core, and breathwork sessions. These classes are designed to help you move better, feel more centred and support your overall wellbeing.

Strength

Get stronger, lift with confidence, and build total-body tone in our strength classes. Choose from Pump, Legs Bums and Tums, kettlebells, or core stability sessions. Each workout focuses on controlled movements, proper technique, and progressive strength development to help you feel powerful both in and out of the gym.

Cardio

Turn up the energy with our fast-paced cardio classes. From our very own RUSH to cycle classes, bootcamps, HIIT, circuits, step, aerobics, and boxfit, these sessions are made to get your heart pumping. Expect motivating instructors, upbeat music and dynamic workouts that boost endurance and burn calories.

Specialist

For something a little different, explore our specialist class options, which vary by club. Whether it’s HYROX-style training, barre, Zumba or Les Mills favourites, these sessions offer unique ways to challenge your body, learn new skills, and keep your routine exciting and fresh.
