Our Tuesday Transformation goes to our Manchester PT Zee, who has spent 16 weeks conditioning to ensure he reached his end goal!
Zee works as a strength and conditioning coach and let us into the secret behind his success...
"I start my day with 1 hour of fasted cardio. This is followed by high repetition weight training in the afternoon!
I put myself on a macro calculated diet with minimal carbs, eating only healthy fats and only lean meat.
I also aimed to include mediation and deep tissue massages as frequently as possible to get the best results!"
