Here's a weekend inspiration for you all!

One of our members from our Middlesbrough, Emma who continued to smash her workouts since having a baby in September last year! Since coming back to the gym, she has continued to find the time to get back to healthy eating and exercsing regularly. 

She has managed to lose a fantastic 4 stone since November! 

Just shows that even after pregnancy, all the hard work and determination pays off!
