Early riser? This race is perfect for you! To beat the blazing Jamaican sun, this race beings at 4:40 am, leading runners through the capital city suburbs of Kingston. After the race, head to the near beaches Hellshire and Fort Clarence to relax and cool down in the waves.

A staple capital of the world, Paris hosts one of the world’s biggest marathons with over 40,000 runners taking part. Beginning at the Champs Elysees, it continues passed Notre Dame, the Place de la Bastille and the Eiffel Tower before reaching the Arc de Triomphe. Reach the 35km point and the organisers will hand you wine and cheese – a French tradition!

The Great Wall of China hosts one of the world’s toughest but most rewarding marathons. It involves 5164 steps, at high temperatures, on two lengthy sections of the wall, through breath-taking views of Chinese villages and rice fields.
