Tamworth Member Loses 3 1/2 Stone In A Year

Need some weekend inspiration? One of our Tamworth members, Inesa shares her incredible story on how she lost a total of 3 and a half stone!

"I wanted to lose weight to feel good about myself. I have had two children, now aged 4 & 3 and I wanted to lose my baby weight and fit into nice clothes again. I started by doing some running, I then joined the gym and continued my cardio. After consulting with a Personal Trainer, she then introduced weights and circuits into my training, she would weigh me once a week to keep upto date with my progression. Through changing my mindset and working hard in the gym I have now lost 3 1/2 Stone in just 1 year! Setting short term and long term goals were crucial with my transformation, my next goal is to compete on stage as a fitness model"

Having both short and long term goals is the key to a success story like Inesa's as if gives your mind a set target to aim for as well as wanting to consistently improve yourself.
