Sports Relief is coming up this month (17th-23rd March) and we want you to get involved in our fundraising!

We're asking members to take part in the LIFESTYLE FITNESS SPORTS RELIEF CHALLENGE 2018.

The challenge will allow you to put your fitness to the test and challenge yourself, by either running or cycling to success!

For every member that completes the challenge, we will donate £2 to Sports Relief. Each member who completes the challenge will also be put into a prize draw to win a FitBit Ionic!!!

You can complete:

1200 calories on a bike  


120 minutes on a treadmill


If you're feeling really active- complete both!

Sports Relief are raising money to tackle issues affecting poeple in the UK and around the world, including malaria, maternal health and mental health. 

By participating in the Lifestyle Fitness challenge, you're helping to raise money for charity and upping your own fitness at the same time!

We're running the challenge for the whole of March, giving you plenty of time to take part. 

Pick up your challenge record card from a member of club staff and make sure to have it all completed and handed in by 31st March.
