Spennymoor member loses a staggering 7st!

One of our Spennymoor members, Gary Turnbull has lost a staggering 7st since July 2016!
Although his training and goals may be more intense than most, they definitely work and show if you put your mind to your goal, results will follow!
Since the 13th July 2016, Gary started off to aim to burn 500 calories per session, mainly using the tredmill. He then progressed as his fitness levels increased and now aims for 1000 calories per session. To give you a brief idea of his training sessions picture 45 minutes on the tredmill, then 20 minutes on the rowing machine and finishing off with 20 minutes using weight machines. With a starting weight of 140kg, he has resulted in dropping his weight to 91kg! Absolutely outstanding performance and although he wasn't initially aware of our Earn While You Burn scheme, he has just receieved his 3rd successive claim since September! This scheme ran by Lifestyle Fitness has kept him motivated and helped him smash his goal whilst rewarding him at the same time!
He isn't stopping there! Gary is continously setting targets and getting fitter by the day! Great job Gary!
