Tread the Mill so they don’t tread the streets

Lifestyle Fitness are delighted to be introducing the Charity Challenge across all of our gyms in the hope of raising more money for our chosen charity, Centrepoint. It’s a 4 week challenge involving the treadmill, bike and cross trainer. For every member who completes the challenge Lifestyle Fitness will donate £5 to Centrepoint and you will receive a challenge t-shirt.
Lifestyle Fitness’ relationships with Centrepoint spans 3 years. Centrepoint supports around one thousand young people aged 16-25 each year in London and the north east. The charity, whose patron is HRH the Duke of Cambridge, provide people like Jonathan a safe place to stay and the support needed to access education, find a job and learn the life skills needed to become fully independent adults.
So don’t run a mile from the challenge....Run 10 for the challenge instead!
