Darlington Member Loses A Huge 6st 3lbs!

The gym can be a daunting experience, but with the help of our PT's and staff, we ensure that our members can build confidence and use new machines or try new workouts. Sarah tells us how she progressed and lost 6st 3lbs!
Sarah had struggled with her weight for many years. She was tired of not being able to lose weight and achieve the body she always wanted, she was very self-conscious and desperately wanted to make a change. This is when she decided to take up personal training with Jacob, one of our PTs at Lifestyle Fitness, Darlington.
Sarah feed back:
"I had no previous experience of going to a gym and I was initially very intimidated by the weight section in particular, as i didn't know what I was supposed to do, which is what had always put me off. Jacob helped me to build my confidence step by step, through constant support and guidance. As a result of this I blossomed in the gym and begun burning some serious calories. This lead to me beginning my new healthy lifestyle."
Jacobs feed back:
"Sarah's weight loss and character change was a fantastic result over a year long period from 17st 6lbs to 11st 3lbs. I planned an exercise programme and a tailored nutrition plan which in Sarah's case was a different type of challenge as she is a vegetarian, so her nutrition plan was designed to adhere to her individual needs than enabled her to lose weight.
