"I started my PT sessions with Darren in April and have had a great time doing them, unfortunately due to circumstances I have had to put them on hold for the foreseeable future. My goals were, upping my size and strength as well as rehabbing my knee that I injured in early february playing American Football. Over my time with Darren, I have seen my strength go up and up and have successfully put on nearly a stone in muscle weight, something I have always struggled with! I have also recently carried out my first practice session recently without using a knee brace, something I doubted that I would be able to do and without the help of Darren’s strengthening sessions this wouldn’t have been possible.
The best thing about training with Darren is that he doesn’t bombard you with jargon and he is very approachable. He always focuses on your needs and tailors every session to help you hit your goals. He is also very helpful outside of the sessions with help/advice and answers all my queries thoroughly. I can’t thank him enough for how much he has helped me, I recommend Darren for anyone no matter what your goals are!"
