12 Week Progress:
"Typically I don't stick to short set time frames with a client (unless soeone has one they feel they need to hit!)
It just so happened that client Max hit her target in 12 weeks!
This was mianly down to Maxine's perfect training constistency (as well as plain and simple hard work!)
Nutritionally Maxine nailed the most important yet hardest part... consistency. If flexibility was hard, it was always controlled and planned.
