Cardiff Member Transforms In Just 3 Months!

With the help of our Cardiff PT Riccardo, his client transforms his body shape in just three months and now goes on to improving his physique.

Our Cardiff PT, Riccardo shares his client’s progression from the first stages of his personal training sessions.

“Phase 1 is complete, his results so far are incredible. We are going to be doing an additional 4 weeks on Phase 2 then it is bringing those calories up slowly and adding some lean mass.

Kurt proves my point exactly how you can still get in great shape and eat foods you love and still have a social life. You just need to be smart with your calories and training methods.

Throughout Phase 1, he started tracking his calories, making sure he was caloric deficit. Still being very flexible with the foods he enjoys but Kurt didn’t train any cardio and focused on strength based workouts 3 times a week. The next 4 weeks will be building upon this, helping him gain lean mass and progress further with his journey.”
