These are the terms and conditions which are applicable to the promotions currently offered by Lifestyle Fitness.

One day free pass

Strictly one pass per person per annum.
Guests referred by members can only use one pass per annum.
Guest passes are only available for those 16 years of age and over, unless with parental consent.
Only holders of a guest pass must ring and book in for an induction prior to their first usage.
