The Carlisle club is perfect if you have been exercising for a while and are used to fitness clubs or if you are just aiming for a healthier lifestyle. The Carlisle club is open Mon to Thurs 6am to 10pm, Fri 6am to 9pm and weekends 8am to 8pm and boasts the latest cardio and strength equipment.
