Bollington Health & Leisure is a longstanding community based centre aiming to serve the need of the local population in a friendly, welcoming environment.
A well equipped gym is complimented by a health spa, swimming pool, squash courts and many exercise classes; these facilities are split into four options so there is a membership for everyone.
Housing a Power Plate, spinning bikes, yoga, pilates, Kettlercise and Zumba classes, personal training, weight loss courses and a personal touch from all staff, Bollington Health & Leisure can work with you to meet your fitness and exercise goals, helping you be the person you want to be.
Also facilitating GP referral memberships, physiotherapy rehab through the Regency Hospital, two activity and leisure groups for Parkinsonians and young stroke survivors and on site remedial massage, healing therapy and nutritional advice, the centre is committed to continuous development of its facilities, its staff and its members.
