With our easy to use running, cycling and weight lifting machines and qualified health and fitness instructors, we can help you achieve your fitness goals. Members also benefit from a choice of 8 classes such as Spinning, Circuits and Legs Bums and Tums, which are held in the Sports Hall, and can even select the type and time of their class using our virtual trainer.
