Last night, we were proud to attend the VIP opening for the stunning new £12.3 million health and fitness centre at Freeman’s Quay Leisure Centre.

“Four years ago the City of Durham made a promise to create a state-of-the art leisure facility in the heart of the city.

At last, we have fulfilled that promise and we are proud to unveil this magnificent building and give our sincere thanks to all those who have helped to create it.

Freeman’s Quay is a wonderful community facility for all.”
